Microsoft

Army, Air Force, and DOD civilian employees are eligible to receive great discounts on all Microsoft products. Army emebers, click the link below for instructions and limitations on ordering from the Microsoft website. An AKO login is required.  Air Force personnel see details below. On 19Jan07, LTG Boutelle (US Army) signed the Army Microsoft Home Use Program (HUP) memorandum.  All Army Soldiers and civilian personnel are now eligible for a licensed copy of Microsoft Office desktop applications to use on a home computer.  Soldier and civilians will pay approximately $20 for what is typically several hundred dollars.  Instructions and Limitations for ordering... The Air Force has entered into a contract with Microsoft for Enterprise Licensing and now offers the Home User Program (HUP) and the Employee Purchase Program (EPP).  The HUP allows USAF personnel to purchase the most current enterprise (professional) version of Microsoft Office for the price of about $21.  You will need to talk to your unit IT manager to receive your Base / Wing code.  Use this code paired with your official AF email address when logging onto the Microsoft HUP Website.  Additionally, the EPP Website allows you to enter your Program Code and official email address allowing you access to purchase other Microsoft products at a nominal fee.  You may purchase up to three copies of any product available.
